Check out this Survey; "Method Used to Find Real Estate Agent, By First Time Or Repeat Seller".  See what percentage of all Sellers found their Agent through some kind of Specialty (Calendar, magnet, etc.).  It also was a measly 1%.  That's right, just 1%.  I call that another FAIL!.
 
 
 

Wow, that's a dissappointment; but Direct Mail surely works, doesn't it?  Um, sorry, but actually, NO.
